Exhibitor Information Letter of Invitation Exhibitor Application—On-Line Exhibitor Application Exhibit Hall Layout To recommend topics for the Agenda send an e-mail message to: coa1@pacbell.net Registration Refund Policy: It is COA’s policy to refund meeting registration fees to attendees that cancel their registration prior to April 19, 2011 less a $50 cancellation fee. No refund is possible on or after April 19, 2011.
